Service Description

NoveltyTube helps users summarize YouTube videos, identify novel or relevant sections, review transcript-based results, and use Listen Mode playback.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use NoveltyTube and for complying with applicable laws, YouTube terms, and any rules that apply to source content.

Source Content and Results

YouTube videos and transcripts belong to their respective owners. Summaries, key takeaways, novelty scores, and other generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. They are intended for research, learning, and attention triage, not as a substitute for the source video or professional advice.

Availability

NoveltyTube may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Paid Plans and Credits

Paid plans and usage credits are subject to plan limits. Account email is used for access and billing lookup. Cancellations are handled through Stripe or the billing portal when available.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or use NoveltyTube unlawfully. Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, security controls, or usage limits.

Limitation of Liability

NoveltyTube is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NoveltyTube is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, or decisions made based on generated summaries or novelty results.
