Refunds and Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions

Basic and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Cancellation

Users can cancel future renewal through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not necessarily refund the current billing period unless required by law or manually approved.

Usage Credits

Credits are metered usage credits and may reset or renew monthly depending on the plan. Used credits generally are not refundable.

Incorrect Charges or Technical Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or credits were consumed because of a technical error, contact support with your account email, the video URL, and the approximate time of the issue.
